The ask was to rerun Cyrano builds/tests to validate they succeed. This PR documents the baseline runs with the CI-aligned npm version.
npm ci+npm run buildinCyrano/(clean install and TypeScript build).npm run test:unitinCyrano/; all suites passed (skips unchanged), with expected external-download warnings in Forecast Engine tests.No code or config changes were required; repository remains clean.
